Arlo Parks shares 'Hurt', a track "to uplift and comfort those going through hard times"

It's another strong track from the breakthrough British artist...

Arlo Parks has revealed new cut ‘Hurt’, the follow-up to acclaimed singles ‘Black Dog‘, Radiohead cover ‘Creep’ and ‘Eugene’.

The Transgressive-released track is another example of the rising South West London artist’s songwriting ability, which has secured her fans in Phoebe Bridgers, Loyle Carner, Angel Olsen and more.

Of the track, Arlo says: “‘Hurt’ surrounds the possibility of healing from pain and the temporary nature of suffering. It is supposed to uplift and comfort those going through hard times.”

Arlo recently won the coveted One To Watch award at the AIM Awards 2020, performing at the all-virtual ceremony earlier this month, and featured in our 20 Most Exciting Acts For 2020 list.
