BANKS returns with the Hudson Mohakwe-produced 'Gimme'

BANKS has just shared her first new music since 2017 – single ‘Gimme’.

Co-produced by Hudson Mohawke and BJ Burton, the cut mines the various tendrils of R&B and pop, with glitching production allowing the Californian singer-songwriter’s midnight-hued vocal space to unfurl.

“‘Gimme’ is a song about getting what you want,” BANKS says. “It’s about knowing what you deserve, saying it out loud, and demanding it with no apologies. I’m ready to release this into the world and begin a new chapter.”
