Derby-born, London-based R&B singer Diedrick is rounding off his breakout year with a brand new single 'Are We Alive'.

Since putting out his debut track 'Better' back in May, the soulful talent has continued to impress with his modern takes on a variety throwback sounds influenced by his musical upbringing. From Celine Dion and Mariah Carey to Mario and Usher, Diedrick grew up on a diet of R&B that can still be heard coursing his output today.

The new cut takes a noticeably different approach to his first two releases, veering towards the dance floor with an interesting blend of electronic production and soul-inflected vocals.
