Jane Remover Returns With 'Beauty Sleep', Her First New Music This Year

The single arrives with a Brendon Burton-directed video, escape included, amidst a sold-out North American tour.

Jane Remover has shared 'Beauty Sleep', her first standalone release since the surprise drop of the '♡ EP' and full-length album 'Revengeseekerz' last year, and the opening move in what feels like a new chapter.

The single comes paired with a Brendon Burton-directed video that finds Jane cast as a specimen in a test tube, prodded at by scientists in a sterile, tiled room before breaking loose and speeding off toward the coast on a motorcycle, a fitting bit of imagery for an artist who's spent the past year outgrowing whatever box people try to put her in.

Jane spent the year tearing through headline shows across Europe and wowing crowds at Coachella, Roskilde, Reading and Governor's Ball, all while staying prolific behind the scenes: a collaboration with Akriila on 'suave', and a full EP, 'Nowhere', under her venturing side project.

Right now, Jane's midway through her sold-out Live Exhibit tour across North America with support from Dazegxd, with a Camp Flog Gnaw debut at Tyler, The Creator's LA festival still to come this autumn.

It's been a steady ascent since Jane first broke through the underground with 2021's 'Frailty', a defining record of the digicore and hyperpop wave, before pivoting toward guitar-driven songwriting on 2023's 'Census Designated'. Last year's 'Revengeseekerz', featuring standouts 'RJRJR' and 'Psychoboost' with Danny Brown, only sharpened her reputation further, as did the fan-favourite '♡ EP', released without warning in December.
