Joy Orbison and Overmono join forces with Kwengface on weighty dance anthem 'Freedom 2'

The garage-leaning track has already made a big impact across DJ sets this summer...

Joy Orbison and Overmono team up with Kwengface for an early dance track of the year contender.

Titled 'Freedom 2', the new offering sees the UK drill rapper introduced into the electronic sphere for the first time. Originally released as part of his 17-track mixtape ‘The Memoir’ back in April, alongside his now infamous COLORS performance, which saw him reveal his face for the first time, Kwengface’s ‘Freedom’ is given a new lease of life from two of the UK underground dance scene’s biggest names.

Swapping out the original UK drill beat for skippy percussion, murky low-end subs and a swathe of garage-leaning influences, 'Freedom 2' sees Joy Orbison and Overmono at their very best.

The two acts have enjoyed a successful run of form collaborating together in the past, landing themselves in our 25 Best Tracks of 2022 list with 'Blind Date' - an offering from their joint Joy Overmono alias.

Having already made a serious impact this summer in DJ sets around the world as an unreleased gem, 'Freedom 2' now gets it official release.
