KAVYA's magical new single 'Little Lie' turns to the dance floor

New Delhi-hailing songstress KAVYA returns with a brand new single to kickstart the new year, 'Little Lie'.

After a breakout 2021 which saw the release of her 'Know Me Better' EP, Kavya has spent the last year cooking up some brand new material to make 2023 a special one.

Veering to the dance floor with an exciting new electronic sound - thanks to production from Pranay Parti - KAVYA appears more confident and streamlined than ever on 'Little Lie'.

According to KAVYA, her latest offering is about "when parents say that their kin is just like them, but in the process of growing up there’s that friction when finding one’s own fire."

"This track is about the rebellion that we all surrender to in order to find ourselves," she says. "Regardless of the influences around us, we always have to listen to our true voice because it's more fun to venture down the road less travelled, unlearn and turn unknown things into exciting experiences."

Performing since the age of 14 and later becoming immersed in the world of music production, the songstress is riding her own wave with a unique fusion of R&B, electronic and indie pop.

Looking to bridge eastern and western culture with her eclectic work, KAVYA is steadily working towards her anticipated debut album, with her latest single showing fans a glimpse of what's to come in 2023.
