Liam Mour Shares Raw New Two-Step Cut 'Into You' Featuring Kind
Liam Mour has released 'Into You' featuring Kind, a raw, emotionally charged two-step cut that builds from a hauntingly deep synth intro into pulsating Reese bass and a serene, lush vocal line. The accompanying music video is directed, edited and filmed by Mour himself.
It's a fitting showcase for both artists. Mour, a Funkhaus Berlin resident known for dusky, analogue-driven dancefloor productions steeped in dreamy melody, brings his signature blend of broken beats and raw songwriting to the track. Alongside his solo work, Mour has quietly built out a serious film and TV composing career, scoring features for Amazon Prime and a HBO Max crime series that landed him a Best Composer nomination at the 2024 Deutscher Fernsehpreis.
For Kind, 'Into You' marks something more significant: her first official appearance as an artist. This collaboration arrives just ahead of her debut solo single, positioning 'Into You' as the opening note of what looks set to be a compelling new chapter.
Long-time friends with Nils Frahm and a former member of his crew, Mour has spent recent years honing his craft at Funkhaus Berlin, touring alongside Gold Panda and SOHN, and opening for Four Tet and Max Cooper. With 'Into You', he's found a collaborator whose voice feels perfectly matched to his cinematic, analogue-leaning world.
'Into You' is out now.
