Billie Eilish is throwing a climate action convention in London
Billie Eilish is throwing a climate-focussed party in London later this month.
The pop star has made repeated public statements in support of climate action over the years. During the COP26 climate summit she called on world leaders to “stand together and speak up for our planet, not just for us, but for our future generations.”
The event, titled OVERHEATED, is the second of its kind after debuting in 2022 and will consist of panel discussions, community-building exercises, roller skating, and “delicious plant-based food". It’s set to be held in London, at Flipper’s Roller Boogie Palace, on August 30.
Tickets for OVERHEATED go on sale on August 16 at 10am BST here. The whole event will also be live-streamed globally on Eilish’s Official YouTube Channel in partnership with Mercury Studios.
