Rainer - Money

The pop satirists have got the girls, and now they've got the cash to boot.

You'll have been hard pushed to hear many pop songs as smart or slick as new London duo Rainer's Girls this summer, and so its release at the beginning of next month is pretty much an essential. The debut release from the new group, it's coming as a double A-side, described with a sly smile as "comprising two of life's most important currencies: Girls and Money". The smokier and more reflective Money has been shared today, delivering a fresh, knowing take on that age-old myth/mirage of money equalling happiness.

Rainer will play at the Dummy AGM in London next month alongside oOoOO, CFCF, Amateur Best, patten and Butterclock. Get more information and tickets here.

ASL Records will release the 'Girls/Money' double A-side 7" on the 9th September 2013.
