1. Bakar - 'Alive!'
Bakar’s new single follows his 'Halo Freestyle (Already Glowing)' and previous offering ‘Good News’, which debuted at Givenchy’s F/W 2023 show during Men’s Fashion Week in Paris earlier this year. Titled 'Alive!', the track is fuelled by post-punk bass lines and London grit, landing alongside a quality video shot on the busy streets of Piccadilly. The track is lifted from his new album 'Halo', which drops at 6pm today.
2. Sam Wise & kadiata - 'Last One Laughing'
Since coming up as one of the youngest, but most promising members of House of Pharoahs, Sam Wise has carved out a distinctive solo path for himself. Often flying below the radar, most prominent in the city's underground music circles, recent collaborations with the likes of Knucks have seen him begin to get the recognition he deserves. Featuring close friend and frequent collaborator kadiata, 'Last One Laughing' sees Wise at his best, showcasing why he encapsulates what it means to be a Londoner better than anyone else.
3. Stefflon Don - 'Move It'
Stefflon Don's new single 'Move It' marks the rapper's first release since 2022’s ‘Dem Dead’. The single is the first track from her debut album ‘Island 54’, with a call back to Reel 2 Real’s 1993 classic ‘I Like To Move It’. It's a ridiculously catchy UK rap cut.
