Skepta hops on UK drill in new video for K-Trap's 'Warm' remix

The video features cameos from Chip, Krept & Konan, Young Filly, JME and more...

Following the success of K-Trap’s ‘Warm’ single, the Lambeth rapper has enlisted none other than grime icon Skepta for one of 2022’s coldest remixes so far.

‘Warm’ recently entered the Top 40 one year after its release thanks to its hardbodied nature and support from the scene both on and offline. It’s been one of the biggest street anthems for 2 years in a row and follows the recent success of Trap’s ‘Last Whip II’ tape which came out last month.

Updating the original with a verse from one of the UK’s most legendary artists, the brand new remix sees Skepta come out of retirement from rapping to hop on a fiery UK drill beat – read our Dummy Guide to Skepta here. It’s no surprise that the new track and video has received so much love since dropping last night, tying together two of the UK’s biggest sounds – drill and grime – to create an undeniable anthem.

Taking place on Central Hill Estate in Bankside Way, Lambeth, the cinematic new music video sees Skepta shell his lyrics alongside K-trap and features a star-studded list of cameos including Chip, Krept & Konan, Young Filly, JME and more. Uniting a fiery UK drill sound with some of the grime scene’s most iconic figures, it’s one of the biggest visuals that has dropped so far this year and cements K-Trap’s status as a UK rap legend in the making.
