London-based DJ, producer, and singer Memphis LK is back with a bold new EP that dives into grittier, high-energy sounds. Teaming up with fellow Aussie talents DJ BORING and Willaris. K, the five-track release is packed with club-ready anthems that blend early 2000s trance, jungle, breaks, and techno. 

Since relocating from Melbourne, Memphis LK has been making waves across the UK club scene, performing at iconic venues and festivals like The Cause and Field Day. Her 'Say' EP, released earlier this month captures the raw, propulsive energy of her evolving artistry in the dance space.

"No, this was actually so hard choosing only 5 tracks!!! 2000s dance music is where so many of my influences come from, it's what I grew up listening to, it's the music I play when I DJ, and that warm, euphoric emotion I feel like I'm always subconsciously referencing that infiltrates through when I make music," Memphis LK shares.

"To this day there is still no other song I've ever heard that sounds anything like 'Freestyler'. It's completely on another level. Like sorry, you're giving us slide guitar, a dreamy arpeggiator, hype vocals, a breakbeat AND scratching??? We are not worthy."

"Emotional, euphoric, trance pop perfection. When I realise this was the type of shit, I was on as a kid, the music I make today makes so much sense, I feel like the influence is so obvious. Grateful for music like this!! The spoken "we're in heaven" scratches my brain."

"Early 2000s trance is elite and this is easily one of the best trance tracks ever IMO. I love the long, dark evolution of the track, it feels like an otherworldly journey. And I think it's so cool how this song does so much with just a few notes."

"I first saw Boys Noize in 2010 at the Billboards in Naarm/Melbourne. Alex Rhida has always been a huge inspiration from then to even now. The way he used such harsh noises but made them so beautiful is a true art form. This track was a staple in my sets back in 2009 when it came out. "
