Lana Del Rey has been confirmed for Sonar in Barcelona, astonishingly. Good for her, we say. So far, the festival has Roots, Fatboy Slim, Deadmau5, Hot Chip, Richie Hawtin, Amon Tobin ISAM, Friendly Fires, James Blake DJ, Nicholas Jaar, Luciano, Metronomy, Azari & III, Laurent Garnier presents LBS, Squarepusher, Modeselektor, Peaking Lights, Mary Anne Hobbs Vs Blawan, Mouse On Mars, Hyperdub presents Kode9, Cooly G, Scratcha DVA and Austra.

Bristol has a brand new dance festival called Love Saves The Day. which will take place on Sunday June 3rd, on Castle Park, Bristol. Pearson Sound, Joy Orbison, Ben UFO, Maya Jane Coles and Joker are among the DJs playing. Virtualfestivals.com for tickets.

End Of The Road Festival will take place in Larmer Tree Gardens, Dorset on 31 August – 2 September. The famously tasteful festival hosts Villagers, Perfume Genius, Islet, Trailer Trash Tracys are playing with Anna Calvi, Gizzly Bear and Francois & The Atlas Mountains. Record label Bella Union will be hosting a stage, with Beach House, The Low Anthem, Lanterns On The Lake, Midlake, Roy Harper, John Grant and Jonathan Wilson playing.

Speaking of festivals for grownups in Dorset, Happy Mondays have been confirmed for Camp Bestival, alongside Dodgy, Little Roy, Redlight, Josh Kumra, Ryan Keen, Jenny O and Mr Scruff, The 2 Bears, DJ Derek, Maya Jane Coles and Gemini. 26-29 July 2012 is the date, Lulworth Castle in Dorset is the place.
