The house legend takes the reins for a chilled, Balearic influenced mix

Producer / composer David Gledhill, also known as S O U L S, has just released a host of remixes of his recent track ‘Through The Storm’ featuring Chicago house legend Robert Owens on vocals. The different versions include mixes called 'Atmos', 'Meditation', 'Balearic', 'Bass' and 'House' all by David himself. Head straight for the 10 minute 'Meditation' mix for ultimate Cafe Del Mar vibes.

'Through The Storm' and the associated mixes are a precursor to his forthcoming third album ‘ELECTRONIC STATES’ due out in May on his own Mini Dog Records via Sunday Best. In the meantime Robert and David have collaborated on a unsurprisingly Ibiza influenced (Ibiza is David's source of inspiration for the whole project), relatively chilled DMY mix featuring both house classics, current Balearic style tracks and some less expected selections.

Robert says: “We have some balearic house vibes in there with Model Man but we also wanted to add some fun tracks like ‘In Chicago’ & ‘BEATS FOR THE UNDERGROUND. David wanted ‘I’ll be Your Friend’ in there and we just had to include legends like Daft Punk & Bonobo. We couldn’t resist including Joe Smooth and David was very happy to sneak a Drake track in there. It’s all very chilled, and made with love, and we really hope listeners enjoy our mix.”
