The single defies genre, blending metal-style guitar riffs and gritty bass with electronic production and HANNAHBELLA's floaty, pop vocals.
HANNAHBELLA describes the track as "almost satirical, painfully self-aware," capturing the overwhelming feeling of being so consumed by someone that thoughts of them "take over your mind and sense of self."
