Laurel Halo, maker of one of the best EPs of last year, ‘King Felix’, was a heroically last minute adjustment to the party we threw in Austin a fortnight or so ago in conjunction with Acephale, Transparent and the Pop Manifesto. Her set was majestic, musical and bracing.
