Amsterdam-based singer-songwriter Noa Lauryn returns with a brand new single, 'Layers of Time', produced by Germany's rising soul and jazz talent Felix Hien. 

The track, set to appear on Noa’s upcoming 2025 EP, showcases her unique blend of soul, R&B, and jazz, mixing a Gaidaa-inspired R&B vibe with Robert Glasper-style fusion. With cozy grooves, vocal finesse, and an addictive hook, 'Layers of Time' offers a warm, ethereal experience rooted in personal growth.

Reflecting on the song’s inspiration, Noa shares, "This is a song about breaking free from inherited family patterns and becoming your own person." 

After a period of burnout following her debut album release, Noa found herself examining the impact of emotional legacies on her life. Through this single, she delves into the hidden patterns that shape us, delivering a message of resilience and self-discovery.
