What does it sound like?
Being lost in someone else’s woozy, early morning brain. Looking at your reflection in gently rippling water. House, techno, disco, as seen through a smoke machine.
Highlights?
Vibes Option is Mariana Trench-deep, but Cheaters is the real jewel. A piece of towering, gospel ecstasy.
Lowlights?
While sounds are always beautiful, they’re not always memorable. Koi Pond for example, passes by fairly unnoticed.
Verdict?
Brilliant when alchemy does occur. Competent enough when it doesn’t.
