Pixies will headline Field Day Sunday 2014

Wonderful London festival Field Day have just announced that the Pixies will be headlining the Sunday event in 2014.

With Kim Shattuck of the Muffs replacing former member Kim Deal on bass, the reformed band will be arriving off the back of a world tour to play at the festival in June. They recently released their latest video in the form of What Goes Boom, which you can stream below.

Field Day recently announced that they were expanding to a two-day event in 2014, having always taken place on Saturdays before. Who will match the Pixies on headlining duty on Saturday remains to be seen; while you wait to find out, have a flick through our sunny gallery from last year's event.
