Dummy Mix 470 // Kasra V

It's been a productive year for Kasra V since we covered him in our Next series last September. Originally from Tehran, Kasra is now firmly settled in London and a regular fixture in the clubs and airways via The Paradise Show that he hosts on NTS Radio, which recently welcomed Kim Ann Foxman through the door for a guest mix.

With a handful of moody boogie-tinged releases under this belt on Love In Public Spaces, the finely tuned producer has now landed on newly incepted imprint Feelings, dropping the debut release on the label entitled 'The Window'. Consisting of three original tracks and a remix from acid veteran Dream 2 Science, it's a nod to Kasra's heritage, all blended up with acid, rave, and moody house influences. Tying everything together in a neatly packaged parcel, Dream 2 Science's reworking of Myth takes us deep into the night and has got us feeling a bit Friday already.

Now, to wet the head of the newly incepted label, he's taking the reins of our mix series to record a celebratory mix for the series. Listen in below for a cruise through an ambient wash of weirdness, new-age melters, rave rollers, and then, you might even reach A Higher State Of Consciousness.
