Hieroglyphic Being's mix for Sounds Of The Universe

Sounds Of The Universe, the renowned record shop based in Soho, London, which is home to Soul Jazz Records, has recently launched another label, rather literally titled Sounds Of The Universe.

Earlier this year, for their debut release ‘Shikaakwa’, they mobilized the Chicago DJ/producer Jamal Moss aka “*Hieroglyphic Being*”:http://www.discogs.com/artist/Hieroglyphic+Being, who already has quite a few releases up his sleeve, on labels such as Further Records, Music for Mathematics and audioMer, to name a few. ‘Shikaakwa’ is a limited to 300 copies worldwide, single-sided 12”, featuring hand-imprinted artwork by the Japanese artist 2Yang on the B side.

Along with the release of his 12’’, Hieroglyphic Being recorded an adventurous, exclusive, down tempo mix, titled ‘The First True Language Of The Universe Selection 1’. Stream it below, and many thanks to The Quietus.
