Eaux - Luther (Holy Strays Reshape)

Holy Strays is the music-making alias of 22-year old French producer Sebastian Forrester, a Paris resident who has been releasing music on outsider labels like Not Not Fun and, more recently, Morning Ritual. His remix of chilly London three-piece Eaux’s new single Luther is a far cry from the original – a broken swing replaces Eaux’s synthetic 4×4, injecting tribal percussion and rattling hi-hats into the mix, whilst the gliding vocals are pitched down in a less-than-obvious way.
