Tierra Whack sings about selfishness on 'Only Child'

Tierra Whack has dropped ‘Only Child’, her first track since last year’s ‘Whack World’ LP.

Over warped, watery synths, the Philadelphia rapper sings: “You must be the only child / Because you’re so stingy,” in what is presumably a smack-down to her ex.

“Used to arch my back for you and now I’m your arch nemesis”.

Much longer than her one-minute album cuts, the colourful, cartoonish track is another example of the Grammy-nominated artist’s singular creative vision.

We named Tierra Whack’s ‘Whack World’ as our third favourite album of 2018.
