Kingdom has started a label, and he's signed Nguzunguzu

Great bass DJ and producer sets up his own imprint called Fade To Mind.

Night Slugs producer of note Kingdom has set up an American label from his Brooklyn HQ, specialising in imaginative bass music. The first release will be Nguzunguzu’s ‘Timesup’ EP, and, according to XLR8R, also appearing on the label will be Total Freedom, Prince William, MikeQ, Gremino, Cedaa, Clicks & Whistles, Rizzla, and Fatima Al Qadiri. If you’re concerned that this new venture was the result of bad blood between him and his alma mater, don’t fret – Night Slugs founder Bok Bok blessed Fade To Mind with a logo and sleeve design, not a hundred miles from his own.

Timesup EP tracklisting

01 Timesup
02 Water Bass Power
03 Wake Sleep
04 Timesup (Kingdom Remix)
05 Wake Sleep (Total Freedom Winter Park Homicide Edition)

Fade To Mind will release Nguzunguzu’s Timesup EP digitally on the 5th July 2011
