Legowelt gives away new album as a free download

Grab the Dutch electronic producer's latest release on his website, for free!

Legowelt (real name Danny Wolfers) just self-released his new album, ‘The Teac Life’, for free, through his official yesterday.

According to Legowelt, ‘The Teac Life’ is a “deep tape saturated forest-techno” , more specifically, a “raw as fuck autistic Star Trek 1987- Misty Forests-X-Files,- Detroit unicorn futurism made on cheap ass digital & analog crap synthesizers recorded in a ragtag bedroom studio on a Teac VHX cassettedeck in Dolby C with an unintelligible yet soulfull vivacity”.

It is the Hague-based producer’s third LP this year after ‘The Africa Jet Band’ album, which he produced under another moniker Nacho Patrol, and a free digital reissue of ‘Secret Microcassettes on Strange Life’, which again, is released under a different moniker, Franz Falckenhaus.

‘The Teac Life’ can be entirely downloaded for free, although Legowelt is happy to accept donations that he could use to repair the Roland Juno 106 that broke during the recording of the album. He says, “probably cause this shit is tooo deep and it just can’t handle it”.

Stream Legowelt’s The Soul Of A City on the right, and download ‘The Teac Life’ HERE.
