Italian-born, New York-based Mauro Remiddi records music as Porcelain Raft, and he released his second album through Secretly Canadian last week.

When he's not working on music, Remiddi is something of a cinephile, so he's given us a rundown of his 10 favourite films from his home country, ranging from cult classics like the Jack Nicholson-starring The Passenger to lesser-known work by the maters of neo-realism.

Secretly Canadian released 'Permanent Signal' on August 20th.
