Chris & Cosey, Hype Williams and Joy Orbison in first wave of Unsound announcements

Krakow’s Unsound festival is one of the best city festivals in the world, and its seventh edition (including a New York leg this spring) is themed around Future Shock, a 1960s book about the modern world’s rapid pace of change.

Superbly programmed as ever, so far the old-fashioned futurist leaning line-up includes Chris & Cosey, Hype Williams, Joy Orbison, Morton Subotnick, MMM, Dreadnought, Andy Stott, Morphosis, KiNK, Kassem Mosse, and Addison Groove. The festival will be held over a week from 9th October to the 16th, and really should be thought seriously about.
