Move D - Freerotation Mixes

An intimate, invite-only, electronic audio and visual festival, this year’s Freerotation happened last weekend in the beautiful countryside of Hay-on-Wye’s Baskerville Hall. It has one of the best atmospheres we’ve ever experienced at a festival and you can relive here as one of the residents, disco house and techno producer/DJ Move D, has just uploaded all three of the sets that he played to his Soundcloud.

His Sunday afternoon DJ set was one of our personal highlights: Session Victim’s Good Intentions (which also appeared on Friday’s mix) was played out at the end of the set and it became somewhat of a festival anthem, retrospectively at least. It also got Move D a little bit emotional and brought him to tears.

On Saturday night, Move D joined forces with long-term collaborator Jonah Sharp (aka Spacetime Continuum) and performed an improvised live show as Reagenz. Expect some deep-down-the-ocean vibes.

Lastly, Friday’s peak-time all-vinyl DJ mix includes tracks from Levon Vincent, MK, Rhythm Plate, and Session Victim. Don’t sleep on this one; download it below.
