Oneohtrix Point Never - Modcast mix

Daniel Lopatin, (you know, the Brooklyn synth musician who is very good), is rather great at setting moods and building up otherworldly atmospheres in his studio releases and live shows. He’s done the same in a recent mix that he did for Modular. This 40-minute arrangement of tracks is a rather chilled out, slightly sombre affair of electronic music, jazz fusion, and recent hip-hop instrumentals. Household names like Kraftwerk blend seamlessly into lesser known artists like German experimental audio-visual composer Limpe Fuchs. A fitting soundtrack for a shocked London in distress, and accompaniment to any other thoughts that may be circling ‘round your brain. Enjoy.
