Battles - Gang Gang Dance and Hudson Mohawke remixes

Experimental New York prime stars Battles are releasing Ice Cream (BDG #Gang Gang Dance Remix) and Rolls Bayce (Hudson Mohawke Remix) through Warp Records.

Both this remixes are taken from the upcoming rather promising remix album ‘Dross Glop’, which includes a remix of every track from ‘Gloss Drop’ from different artists personally picked by the band. The album is also part of a 4-part 12” series, which has been artworked by Dave himself.

Ice Cream features fine exotic vocals from dance producer Matias Aguayo and haunting rhythmic beats. Rolls Bayce has playful synth lines and it’s perfectly cheerful and captivating. Surely both will get stuck in your head. Stream to believe.
