She Her Her Hers Look Towards the Light On 'Tomorrow's Sun'
Tokyo-based group She Her Her Hers have released ‘Tomorrow’s Sun’, a quietly uplifting new single that arrives ahead of their most ambitious UK and European tour to date.
Built from dreamy guitars, ethereal synths and layered electronic textures, the track reflects on the idea that every sunset belongs to someone else’s sunrise. The band describe it as a song about a shared light that can transcend borders, endings and uncertainty, with its gradual arrangement capturing the stillness of the moments before dawn.
The track was partly inspired by bassist and synth player Tomasong’s 'Miles for Tomorrow’s Sun' project earlier this year. After the postponement of the band’s tour, he cycled across China, visiting cities where the trio had been due to perform and reconnecting with fans. The experience of travelling through unfamiliar landscapes and witnessing sunrises across borders fed directly into the song.
‘Tomorrow’s Sun’ follows a run of acclaimed releases from the trio, who have built an international following with their atmospheric blend of electronic textures, guitars and emotive songwriting.
The band will bring that sound to Europe this September for 13 dates across France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK, including London’s The Garage on 23 September and Glasgow’s Stereo on 26 September. Get tickets here.
