vi0let's 'Ignite' was written "for anyone who deals with the constant struggle of being put down"

We've been working with the German-Irish singer via our DMY Artists

German-Irish singer vi0let has been making waves in the R&B/pop sphere, putting out a series of expertly-crafted singles that showcase her intimate pop sonics.

She’s been working with us via our DMY Artists on latest single ‘Ignite’, which employs UK drill-like 808s within a traditional pop template.

“To start off International Women’s Month I want to release ‘Ignite’ for myself and anyone who deals with the constant struggle of being put down,” vi0let says. “I wrote this song last year after finally putting my foot down and making it clear I will not be manipulated, used or belittled anymore by anyone who thinks they can take advantage of kindness which is too often taken for weakness. I feel like a lot of people relate to this feeling, gender aside. ‘Ignite’ is for those moments where you just need that push to say ‘Fuck it, I know who I am.’”

Stream ‘Ignite’ below, or check it out via your preferred platform here.
