Carl Craig, Friendly Fires, Paul Woolford and Axel Boman to play Boiler Room

Boiler Room #73 will feature Carl Craig, Friendly Fires, Paul Woolford and Axel Boman.

Wednesday the 16th of November will see Carl Craig and Friendly Fires’ Boiler Room takeover. Both have invited a DJ to join them – Leeds dance music veteran Paul Woolford and Sweden’s ‘house mafia’ Axel Boman will be joining the the bill.

This year is the 20th birthday of Carl Craig’s Planet-E label. He has taken his 69 live show on the road, and performed trio shows with Moritz Von Oswalk and Francesco Tristano at Dutch festival ADE and La Gaite Lyrique in Paris. Performing a selection of the 69 classic releases, infused with masks, darkness, and “retina popping” visuals, this is something that will cater for your every sense. Planet-E will shortly release the compilation ’20 Fucking Years Of Planet E – We Ain’t Dead Yet’ in an exclusive box set. Carl Craig has also remixed Friendly Fires’ track Show Me Light, which will be debuted at his live set on the night.

Friendly fires have just returned from an extensive American tour, now back in the UK for their November tour, they will play their biggest-to-date show at London’s Brixton Academy on 25th November.
