Pirate are offering free studios for Ukrainian artists in the UK and Germany

Ukrainian artists can fill out a form on the Pirate website and a member of the team will get in touch

Pirate are supporting artists from Ukraine who have been displaced by the war by offering up free studio access.

Before war broke out in the country, the underground music scene in Ukraine had been thriving, rising amongst the most forward thinking in the world.

With artists being forced to move away from Ukraine, Pirate aims to help any who have settled in Berlin, Hamburg or throughout the UK by providing them with free DJ studios, recording studios and rehearsal studios to create.

Pirate is a global network of 24 hour studios that offers creatives the chance to record, rehearse, mix, and play whenever they want, as well as providing a platform for local talent to develop their craft.

The initiative has supported 12 artists in Germany so far and now Pirate are looking to roll it out across the United Kingdom.

To apply, Ukrainian artists can fill out a form on the Pirate website and a member of the team will get in touch to support them with accessing the studios.

Continuing their ethos of supporting artists, this recent gesture follows the launch of Pirate’s Project Fund earlier in the year, an initiative providing 3 creatives with the tools to undertake a project of their choosing.
