Premiere: Basement Jaxx - Back 2 The Wild (Gorgon City remix)

Basement Jaxx released their first music since soundtracking Joe Cornish’s 2011 film ‘Attack The Block’ with Back 2 The Wild this week (the video feels a wee bit seapunk and is a right feast for/attack on the eyes). Peeling away at the candy wrapper layers, Black Butter’s Gorgon City give it a deep house makeover, leaving the kind of commanding bass and snappy kick-snare likely to win over many a festival crowd this summer.
