Save The Duke of Uke

London's only dedicated ukulele emporium faces uncertain future.

The Duke of Uke is the store in London dedicated to selling ukulele. Ranked within Time Out’s list of London’s 50 best shops, the emporium is being put in jeopardy, as The Duke of Uke claim, “Realizing the new potential of the area, our landlord recently gave us notice on our premises in order to house one of his own business ventures. We now have until the end of July to vacate the premises.” Besides, saying that they “do not have the profits or spare funds to put down on new premises… in the current financial climate,” The Duke of Uke are now on a mission to raise funds so that they can make the move to a new premise and build a new recording studio.

You can show support to the The Duke of Uke by purchasing their newly-designed 5th year anniversary T-shirts (for every T-shirt sold £6 will go towards the new premises) and by making donation through Paypal via The Duke of Uke website.
