Wide Awake Festival has just announced a phenomenal second round of acts for 2023, bringing the likes of Shygirl, Caroline Polacheck and Daniel Avery to Brockwell Park next May.

The Brixton-based all-day event has established itself as one of London’s most distinctive festivals in recent years, showcasing the very best emerging and established talent in left-field indie, post punk, electronica, techno, jazz and more, across a line-up you’ll be pushed hard to find anywhere else in London.

Joining the already announced Ty Segall, Osees, Gilla Band and more, the second wave of artists locked in for 2023 includes Coucou Chloe, VTSS, Molchat Doma, Blondeshell, Enumclaw, Jockstrap, Oneohtrix Point Never, Optimo (Espacio), The Bug Club, The Underground Youth and more.

American singer songwriter and experimental pop polymath Caroline Polacheck has been confirmed as the headliner for the forthcoming event. She’ll be showing the Wide Awake crowd exactly why she’s one of the most talked about artists in the world right now, bringing her inimitable electronic-infused sound to South West London for a performance to remember.

Joining Polacheck will be South London’s very own Shygirl, fresh from releasing her debut album and ready to set the dance floor alight. Dance floor connoisseurs Daniel Avery and Joy Orbison are also locked in to bring the party vibes alongside the rest of the star-studded line up. Expect even more line up announcements as the festival approaches.

Wide Awake will take place on Saturday May 27 2023 at Brockwell Park, London. Early bird tickets are  from £39.50 and on sale here.
