Supreme Cuts - Gone (feat. Mahaut Mondino)

After the Poliça-featuring, arms-up house of Envision, Supreme Cuts have shared another slice from next album 'Divine Ecstatic'. Supreme Cuts have proven themselves chameleons as producers before, and with Gone, they've served up an exuberant pop sound – all saxes and sassiness – that serves guest vocalist Mahaut Mondino to a tee (she's the daughter of French music video director Jean-Baptiste Mondino, don'tcha know). Like YADi, Mondino possesses a voice that provides a jolt to the ears like an espresso shot – and I for one would love to hear her go in for a vocal-chord duel with Autre Ne Veut.
