Watch: D Double E - Better Than The Rest (ft. Wiley)

The evergreen man of grime, D Double E, has such a storied, infamous career that it is baffling – but also incredibly exciting – that he will be releasing his debut studio album in February next year, after a decade and a half of lyrical brilliance. Undoubtedly, Jackuum! will contain of all the quirks and idiosyncracies that make the Newham General great, and he has shared the first taster of what's to come with 'Better Than The Rest', featuring fellow grime originator, Wiley.

With an accompanying visual directed by Saloum N’Jie, it presents a striking image of D Double; seated on a throne overlooking the concrete jungle where he reigns over all. Its another barfest from the duo and a lesson in pure lyricism.
