Ryan Hemsworth - Colour & Movement

For the video of Ryan Hemsworth ’s Colour & Movement, director Yoni Lappin has taken a group of pretty girls, handed them some cigarettes and just slowed everything right down. The result is an ethereal, spacey graphic which complements Hemsworth’s low-fi instrumentals perfectly. Or in other words, a visual comedown after all the craziness of the New Year.

Colour & Movement is a re-work of German indie rockers Notwist’s Consequence taken from Hemsworth’s ‘Last Words’ EP, and sees the Canadian beatmaker indulging in melancholy sounds with low, moaning vocals.
