Amon Tobin gives life to digital being
Foleyroom is a sound sculpture animated and encoded in AfterEffects and Mandelbulb 3D, digitally staged in the lobby of the Milwaukee Art Museum. It was created by Stilikon, a German webdesigner, graphic designer, animator and sculpter, and reacts in real-time to “Foleyroom,” a 2007 track by Tobin off the album of the same name. The “being” uses its “complex rhythmic strucure and constantly evolving beat to grow.”
