Pop-Kultur share playlist to get you in the mood

Following on from our preview in June, Pop-Kultur is edging closer to its debut on the festival circuit later this month, opening its doors to 60 acts over three days to host a range of live performances, talks, recordings and readings (including an appearance from New Order frontman Bernard Sumner).

Amongst the line-up are some Dummy top picks including Manchester's underground super-group Levelz, MssingNo, Kero Kero Bonito's hyperreal Kane West, 18+, Trilogy Tapes' visual aficionado Will Bankhead and club culture buff DJ Dave Haslam who is dead-set to warm the Panorama Bar after his many nights as a DJ at The Haçienda. With a list longer than both our arms put together, its a well thought out bill of musicians that shines way brighter than other carbon dance copy festivals.

To get you in the mood, the Pop-Kultur team have put together a feelgood playlist on Spotify featuring some of the artists involved. Listen below and get yourself a ticket if you haven't already.

Pop-Kultur takes over six venues within the site of Berghain in Berlin on August 26-28th (tickets).
