One half of dream pop duo BIRTHDAY and man-about-town-slash-tumblr-king LUKA returned earlier this month under his lowkey house music tinged RIP Swirl moniker – dropping his dream-soundtracking new track Parisien and whipping up a mix for i-D before supporting How To Dress Well in Hamburg and Berlin.
