Graphics - The Provoker

Of all those working in the after-Mount Kimbie region of dance music made insular and delicate, few pull it off with quite the finesse of Graphics. He’s had releases on Granholme, GETME! and there’s another coming up on Made To Play, all of which show a well-tuned way with grainy sound and percussion that seems carved from static. This new free download he’s just posted is no different. It’s yet another engaging way with stillness, those sparse elements placed just right.
