It's here! The robots prepare the lasers and beam their Pharrell-featuring comeback single onto humanity.

The 15 second SNL clip Todd Edwards, Pharrell Williams and more sharing their run-ins with “the robots”; sharing a further teaser trailer at Coachella revealing the tracklist on Vine – it’s been a tough time just keeping up with all the hype built for ‘Random Access Memories’ over the last month or so.

After campaigns of great magnitude, when the dust settles things can sometimes fall on the side of underwhelming. There’s nothing ground-breaking going on here, but Get Lucky – the majority of which has already appeared online in one form or another – stills sounds pretty great in full. It’s driven by Nile Rodgers being Nile Rodgers and doing it excellently and a sun-kissed Pharrell urging us to make a night of it – and if you’re waiting to suss out Daft Punk’s mark on it, you can rest easy when that vocoder line drops in.
