Hype builds around These New Puritans' Hidden live dates, Darkstar to support

Darkstar will be opening for the 'Hidden' lot at the Barbican on the 23rd October. These New Puritans have also launched a site about the live show, including a widget that lets you arrange their single 'We Want War', as well as some lengthy explanations of the album.

According to Jack Barnett, lead singer of These New Puritans, ‘For each show we’ll be joined onstage by a chamber orchestra of 12 woodwind and brass (alto flute, 2 clarinets, bass clarinet, bassoon, contrabassoon, flugelhorn, 2 french horns, baritone horn, bass trombone, tuba) and 2 percussionists (playing taiko drums, vibraphones, live foley techniques (!), knives, chains etc etc). this will be the fullest realisation of Hidden imaginable.’ Book ahead, and go here for the widget that let’s you place the parts of the songs..
