Independent Label Market mixtape

The shining stars of British independent music are coming together to flog their wares tomorrow, from exclusive editions of Tri Angle's Lindsey Lohan tribute album to a Grow Your Own Record Label from XL, and there's a mix of songs donated inside to get you hyped.

Like a cross between the London market stall and the indie Davos, on Saturday, the heads of the country’s best independent labels – from the big dogs at Mute, XL and Domino to the new money at Tri Angle, Transparent and Merok – will be flogging their swag from stalls on Berwick Street in London’s Soho. Organised by Joe Daniels from Angular, it’s actually a really get-behindable idea – the business of running a label boiled to the basics, getting things, finding people, flogging things.

Limited edition coloured vinyl Comet Gain / Crystal Stilts split 7“s, the new Comet Gain album before it hits the shops, artist guests Darren Hayman with the new Hefner re-release and ukulele, plus Comet Gain.

HEAVENLY
