Natasha Kmeto - Idiot Proof

Following on from her ‘Dirty Mind Melt’ EP, Portlandian artist Natasha Kmeto has shared a new track from her forthcoming LP ‘Crisis’. Named Idiot Proof, it opens with a squidgy, italo-styled bassline, but far from the thudding four-to-the-floor you might expect it to launch into, it switches into a shuffling rhythm that seems to be constantly flipping between full speed and half speed. It’s got some humungous stabs, too.

Dropping Gems will release ‘Crisis’ on 18th June.
