Panda Bear surprise releases new EP ‘Crosswords’

The new short-player follows the premiere of new track No Mans Land by Zane Lowe on Beats1.

Panda Bear has surprise released a new EP titled ‘Crosswords’.

The short player's announcement followed the premiere of a new track titled No Mans Land, played by Zane Lowe on his Beats1 show this afternoon (August 20th).

‘Crosswords’ follows the release of ‘Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper’, Panda Bear’s latest full-length from earlier in 2015. The whole EP is available to purchase and stream online now, with a physical release out November 13th through Domino Records.

Co-produced with frequent collaborator Sonic Boom, the EP takes the title from the track of the same name (featured on ‘Panda Bear Meets the Grim Reaper’) and re-recorded for the release. As well as No Mans Land, there’s an updated version of The Preakness (a bonus track from 2011’s ‘Tomboy’), and new compositions titled Cosplay and Jabberwocky.
