Roisin Murphy, Bradley Zero and more locked-in for Beat Hotel's 7-day Ibiza residency

The multi-venue series on the Spanish island promises to be their biggest and best yet

Beat Hotel has announced its return to Ibiza for a star-studded 7-day residency in partnership with Patron Tequila this September. Taking place across multiple venues in the holy grail of Spanish partying, the week-long series promises to channel the original spirit of the island with an impressive music programme, spanning sunset sessions, club takeovers and private parties.

Welcoming a broad-reaching roster of international artists, the roaming event brand has locked in disco queen Roisin Murphy to headline the bill. She’ll be bringing her adventurous party-pop to two separate gigs, including an open-air free show and an intimate 350-capacity club performance.

Hot off the release of their joint ‘Shruti Dances’ LP, award winning DJ and sound artist Auntie Flo will be joined by nu-jazz producer Sarathy Korwar to present their dance-floor ready take on Indian classical. Elsewhere, South London selector and founder of cult underground dance label Rhythm Section, Bradley Zero will be bringing a flavour of Peckham to Ibiza next month.

Other acts bringing their musical minds to the bill include: rising Chilean talent Paula Tape; Zurich’s curious tastemaker Kalabrese and Correspondant boss Jennifer Cardini, alongside Ata; eclectic synth-pop troupe The Pilotwings; Dusseldorf rhythm enthusiast Bufiman; Worldwide FM resident Poly-Ritmo and more.

The series will also feature a variety of island residents and will pay tribute to the late Balearic pioneer Jose Padilla with several DJs digging into his collection to weave the ultimate sundown soundtracks.

Originally a small, run-down hotel in 1950’s Paris that welcomed through its doors some of the world’s most iconic Beat poets, the Beat Hotel as we know it today began in the fields of Avalon in 2011, with a round-the-clock DJ line-up, extensive cocktail list and food served by chefs from some of London’s best restaurants. Returning each year, in 2019 the Beat Hotel closed its Somerset outpost to start its exciting new chapter in Ibiza.
